Factory selection: To ensure the smooth production our QA ( Quality Assurance) team is visiting different garments factories on regular basis. We have a factory evaluation guideline to enlist the vendors / allied partners as production unit of Marvelous Sweaters. This evaluation guideline is of international standard. On the basis of evaluation, we selected some factories. They are our regular vendors. Moreover we are always searching for new factories to expand our production capacity.
Quality Check during the production: We take care of quality during production (rather than after production) . Our inspection team is not only preparing the production QC report, but also providing remedies ( if possible) on the spot to ensure smooth production. This strategy is ensure on time shipment and benefiting all of us.
