Fine gauge is where handle is bought and sold. Two hundred 12GG hand flats plus fifty 12GG auto jacquards give us the machine base to run fine knitwear in volume rather than as a capsule.
Cashmere-like qualities are built from engineered acrylic and nylon-viscose blends brushed to a soft surface on our brushing machine, then washed to a written recipe. The handle is set in finishing, so the finishing recipe is part of the approved sample, not a variable.
At 12GG the tolerance on measurement is unforgiving. Panels are inspected under a lamp before linking, and every garment passes the conveyor metal detector before it is bagged.
