Pullovers are what the factory was built around. Four hundred and twenty hand-driven flat beds and seventy auto jacquard machines means we can hold a single large programme on one gauge without starving the rest of the order book.
Necklines are linked on 14G, 8G or 6G dial linkers depending on the gauge of the panel, so the seam sits flat under a collar and does not read as bulk in a photograph. Shoulder joins, armholes and side seams are linked rather than overlocked wherever the construction allows.
We run repeat basics on annual contracts and seasonal drops side by side. For a repeat body we hold the block, the trim card and the wash recipe, so a re-order in month nine matches the shipment from month two.
